Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves, Natural Flavourings. May contain traces of nuts due to manufacturing process.

How to use

One teaspoon of Caraf Spice blend, add desired tea bag and boiling water. Let it brew for 3 minutes. Finish with choice of milk. Sweeten to taste.
